Having a rest day on a Sunday, suddenly in the mood to go down to the kitchen and cook a storm out of it…
Today's dinner is baked chicken in Greece Herbs, served with colourful bell pepper and fresh lettuce leaves…and a good old home cooked layer chicken with sweet corn soup, just nutritious enough for a tired body!
Simply delicious and taste good!
