看影集學人生，最近特別有感的一句話，
如果你總是抱怨現況，
為了決定改變後衍生新的問題而後悔；
或是認為別人對你抱持冷漠的態度，
遷怒對方為什麼不幫忙你解決問題⋯
那你只能留在原地打轉，
這個年代進化的速度太快，
旁人真的不容易能時時幫助你，
不要連自己都不幫忙自己了，
還有機會變好的，只要你願意讓自己翻轉，好嗎？
