Cupiosexual: A A- Spec Sexuality to Be Proud
In the diverse spectrum of gender and sexual orientation, "cupiosexual" is a relatively novel term that describes a unique emotional experience. The purpose of this paper is to explore what it means to be a cupiosexual and to discuss how this identity can be seen as a a-spec orientation to be proud.
What is Cupiosexuality?
Cupiosexuality refers to a person who does not experience sexual attraction, but still wants to participate in sexual activities, usually in order to establish a deeper emotional connection with a partner. Cupiosexual people may not be eager to have sex with others, but they recognize that sex is an important aspect of relationships,And a willingness to strengthen that relationship through sex.
Cupiosexuality 与 Asexuality 的区别
Asexuality is defined as a lack of sexual attraction to anyone, while cupiosexual is a positive attitude towards sexual participation without sexual desire. This makes cupiosexuality a uniquely a-spec sexual orientation because it differs from asexuality in the traditional sense.
For cupiosexual individuals, the meaning of sex often goes beyond the physical level and involves more emotional and spiritual communication. They may express intimacy through non-sexual means, such as hugging, kissing or other forms of physical contact, and they may be open to sexual practices,As long as these activities can enhance the relationship between each other.
Remember, life is fluid, and so is sex! You can definitely identify yourself as sexual or semi-sexual and be proud. But that also doesn't mean that if you start to become sexually attracted to any of your partners and identify yourself as a sex addict, there's nothing to be ashamed.
Many LGBTQ + people tried different labels and eventually found one that suited them. Or you might even be a sex addict-which means you reject the label altogether!
